Rules
1. Our Dog Parks are accessed at Stable Park, Effingham Road, RH10 3HY. Once you have entered the property, TURN LEFT and proceed to the Car Park.
2. Cars are parked (including contents) and left at YOUR own risk. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss incurred on the premises.
3. We operate strictly on a maximum of ‘four dogs on site’ basis – with NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Please do not leave your vehicle with your dog(s), until your scheduled booking has ‘started’. Be aware that dogs on site (including your own) may be socially anxious and/or excited. PLEASE show caution and extend time and space, to allow all parties to transfer safely.
5. There is a 50 metre walk to both of our Dog Parks. All dogs MUST be kept on a secure lead, until you are safely inside the Dog Park - and the gate is securely closed. Dogs must be kept under control at all times in accordance with The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
6. Pick up ALL of your dog’s waste, using your own bio-degradable bags (or those provided) and dispose of it in the nearest poo-bins. This applies to the whole site, including the transition area and car park. Failure to do so may see you unable to make future bookings.
7. Do NOT enter the Dog Park you have booked, until it is clearly vacant. Please show respect and courtesy to other users and their pets.
8. Our Dog Parks are formed in the natural countryside and may include a variety of HAZARDS such as holes, ditches, overhanging branches, fallen trees and uneven and muddy ground. We will not be held liable for any injury to people or their pets, or any claim arising from a harmful incident on our premises.
9. Within each Dog Park we provide equipment for pet use and stimulation. It is NOT designed or safe, for people to use. This equipment and other features are regularly checked by us to ensure it is fit for use.
10. All dogs using the Dog Parks must be wormed and have all vaccinations up to date. If your dog(s) has been ill within 48 hours of your session time, PLEASE do not attend.
11. Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You MUST supervise your dog(s) at all times, so that you are aware of what you pet is doing and that they are safe.
12. Ensure you leave promptly and have left the dog park, slightly ahead of your booked time-slot. Upon leaving please ALWAYS close and secure the gate.
13. Please ENSURE that you collect and take any general rubbish with you. Please do not place it in the Poo Bins.
14. We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full REFUND will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.
